Coronavirus has swept the world and impacted on everyone’s life. On this page we hope to give you ideas on how best to improve your general health, cope with the lock-down restrictions and potentially combat the effects of coronavirus.
How is everyone getting on with their Lock Down exercise? I’m sure you will have noticed loads more folk have taken up running, jogging and cycling but these things aren’t for everyone but if you can walk then at least make the most of that.
